LEFEUVRE
Emmanuel LEFEUVREA graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure Maritime, certified as an Unlimited Chief Engineer, and holder of an MBA in Business Management (Audencia), [he] gained extensive seagoing experience with over ten years of service in both deck and engine departments. He later joined Compagnie Maritime Nantaise as an Engineering Officer, then as Technical Director, coordinating the activities and management of the technical department, which included engineers, purchasers, and a CMMS administrator. He was responsible for defining the operating budgets of a fleet comprising five Ro-Ro vessels, two special-purpose ships, and four passenger launches. Since 2020, he has worked as an expert for insurance companies and an independent consultant assisting maritime and inland waterway stakeholders with fleet technical management and vessel surveys.
He also participates in public procurement contracts, supporting public project management (AMO) and assisting transport companies with their bids for public tenders.
Nicolas
CARION
Nicolas CARIONA First-Class Merchant Navy Officer, [he] sailed for about fifteen years on oil tankers and later aboard passenger ships operated by SNCM. He subsequently joined the company’s technical department as Superintendent, then Technical Director, before becoming Technical Director of the French subsidiary of a Mexican shipowner. He later took over the management of Sud Moteurs, a company specializing in the maintenance of engines and propulsion systems for both the Merchant Navy and the French Navy. Since 2019, he has worked as an independent consultant for shipowners and shipyards involved in both newbuilding and repair projects. He is also an accredited auditor for the Green Marine Europe label, which certifies maritime transport stakeholders committed to eco-responsible practices.

PIERI
Jean-Marc PIERI After obtaining a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanics and Physics, [he] began his career in ship repair in Marseille, working in several trades such as boilermaking, pipefitting, and marine engineering. Driven by his passion for the maritime sector, he went on to complete his First-Class Merchant Navy Officer training, sailing for nearly ten years. With his Captain and Chief Engineer licenses, he served on various types of vessels — ferries, Ro-Ro ships, cruise liners, supply vessels, and salvage tugs. His technical skills later led him to the position of Superintendent for a shipowner.
In 2009, he took over the maritime surveying firm EXPERTS ET CONSULTANTS, based in Marseille. His work as a Hull & Machinery Surveyor has involved handling major national and international cases, positioning him as a reference in technical vessel expertise and crisis management for large-scale maritime incidents.
Simon
BONZOM
Simon BONZOMA First-Class Merchant Navy Officer, [he] spent over twenty years at sea, serving as Master and Offshore Project Manager aboard cable-laying vessels conducting telecom fiber optic installation and repair missions worldwide, including in the challenging environments of the offshore oil sector. His dual qualification also enabled him to serve as Chief Engineer on these ships as well as on bulk carriers and high-speed passenger vessels (NGVs). He has also supervised newbuilding projects for cable layers, seismic vessels, and bulk carriers in Europe and Asia.
